Frequently all those flavours are combined in one dish. 麻辣香锅发源于巴蜀地区,它源于土家风味,是当地老百姓的家常做法,以麻、辣、鲜、香、油混搭为特点。

虽然麻辣香锅属于麻辣口味,但颇受食客喜爱。据说四川气候较重,平时喜欢把一大锅菜一起用各种调味料炒起来吃,而每当有重要的客人时,便会在炒菜中加入肉、海鲜、家禽,甚至野味,所搭配的菜品事先炸过或者过水煮过,可以吸收各种肉类和配菜的鲜味,加入本身的调料香味,混合起来以后,成就了“一锅香”。
